The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

John E. & Thomas Kiely, trainer of Liberated Light (off feed) - €200.

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S. O'Callaghan replaced Alan O'Sullivan on Orkneys Jack, trained by L.Young (Race 5)(injured).
D.J. Gilligan replaced Sam Ewing on Miss Fourie, trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 4)(stood down).
J.J. Slevin replaced Sam Ewing on General Clermont (FR), trained by D.E.Fitzgerald (Race 5)(stood down).

239C Frank King Memorial M'dn H'dle

A. Harvey, rider of Something Fabulous, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left.

239F Heinz Pollmeier Memorial H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ballinaboola Gold, trained by R.Donohoe, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Josh Williamson, rider of Nobody, trained by Brendan Maurice Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked left at the fourth fence and unseated.

239G Irish Stall Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the riders first approach to the start. Having reviewed the video footage and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that this was caused by Moot Hall, ridden by Ms N. M. Bradley, breaking into a canter despite the riders best efforts and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The following Raceday Stewards acted on behalf of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board at this race meeting:

For this race meeting, the Raceday Stewards suspended the ‘Starting Procedures for Tape Starts’, and the IHRB suspended Rule 208 (i) and Rule 209 (i).

The Raceday Stewards approved a request from the IHRB Clerk of the Course to amend the distance of race 1, race 2, race 3 and race 7 due to operational reasons. The amended distances are as follows:

race 1: 2 miles, 120 yards.
race 2: 2 miles, 120 yards.
race 3: 2 miles, 5 furlongs, 60 yards.
race 7: 2 miles, 120 yards.
